Great Flashlight
I bought my Stinger 15 years ago. I've only had to replace the battery three times (They're rated for a bout a year, but I got much more out of mine). The light is very bright and very reliable. I've had this on my belt during pouring rain and a few times it's been totally submerged in the water. It never quit working. I'm afraid after 15 years, it's on it's last leg. It won't hold a charge anymore. It's time for a replacement. I heard that they now make this same light with both an end and side switch. Hope I can find one.
Blinding
I have wished a battery that 1)I always it would know where has been
characterized, always 2) has been loaded and the batteries were not
out of order, 3) were done good and sure and 4) for one front line of
defense, has had to be much luminous one (blinding). They have come
through the stinger of Streamlight and the reviews have suggested that
it has had the characteristics I have wished, less than the opening
price it seemed elevated. The mounted loader wall would maintain it

Great, but don't drop it
Slipped out of my hand about 6 inches from concrete and it died. Bought a $18 replacement bulb (with shipping) and that lasted a split second as I watched it short out. PO'ed.
Don't be left in the dark
I watch the detectivi of the homicide and must often answer to the

powerful bundle. I have not had absolutely difficulty that I find the

be enough durable. I have not possessed it enough to along in order
judging the duration of battery - but the rimontaggi can be order to

luminous one that is portable and durable good you cannot go badly

A great flashlight
If I could only have one flashlight, this would be it.
I have owned mine for ~7 years. It lives on it's recharger in my pantry. It is the flashlight I reach for when I need a flashlight.
I own several flashlights, at least 2 of them were intended to replace the stinger but I ended up repairing the Stinger after I tried them a while.
It is expensive but it has been worth it. Streamlight sells parts and cheap battery packs are available. You can keep this thing going as long as you want. If you want a flashlight you can depend on for almost everything, this is it.
(If you want one you can leave in your car or carry for years and be confident it will work when you neeed it, get a Streamlight Scorpion in addition)
Great flashlight
Absolutely Awesome
I bought one of these for my father for Christmas and liked it so much I bought one for myself. This flashlight is awesome and makes any other pale in comparison. From what I am told it is the new standard for the police. It is super bright and well made, a very high quality product. I dropped it on the cement twice already while it was lit and the bulb never failed. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this flashlight, a shining star indeed. If you are thinking of purchasing one I am sure you will not be sorry. I am a bit of a perfectionist and this light has exceeded all my expectations.
Great rechargeable light
As a construction superintendent, you need something compact but bright that won't need new batteries all the time. The Stinger is all of those things and has served me well many times during night time operations. It comes with two chargers for auto and the office so it is ready to go to work at all times.
Excellent Product
I used to buy at least 2 to 3 compact flashlights per year and countless batteries. In my line of work, I may need light 2 feet away or up to 30 feet away. The streamlight is excellent for putting a beam of light on a distant object.
High initial cost but, you'll save it in batteries (and frustration) with standard flashlights. Standard flashlights (especially of the same size) don't even come close to the brightness. My 4 'D' cell Mag lite isn't as bright as this light.
Convenient car charger if you're on-the-go.
The Best Light I own
This is the best flash light I own. I carry it on duty with me every shift I work dropped it I so many times I lost count never replaced the bulb or battery pack. Very cost effective. Awesome!
Great Flashlight
This is a very bright flashlihgt for its size. Shipping was fast I like that it comes with an a/c charger and a d/c charger.
Reliable, durable flashlight
Small, super bright, durable. I've used these lights for years and give them as gifts. In near daily use I've had to change the batteries every 2 to 3 years. I've worn the rubber off the switch of one, but it is still working.
I've seen Surefire lights that produce a somewhat better light, but the button placement didn't work for me. I haven't looked at one lately, so they may have changed.
Streamlight Stinger: Great rechargeable light
The Stinger is a great rechargeable light. It's small yet provides a bright amount of light for about an hour. With the adjustable lens, you can choose a floodlight or spotlight.The Stinger comes with two charging cradles and an AC cord and DC cord so you can have one in your car and one at home. Therefore you can always have your Stinger charging to be used whenever you need it. The extra bulb in the tailcap is also nice.
+'s: small, bright, fits easy in your hands, adjustable beam, 1 hour run time, you can charge the battery without taking it out of the flashlight, charging cradles allow you to place the flashlight from the top or "snapped" in from the front.
-'s: long charge time unless you buy the "fast" charger.
If you need to constantly use a flashlight that is small but powerful (security guard, handyman, plumber), the Stinger will not disappoint you. The rechargeable battery will save you money in the long run.
Although expensive, it is good quality and I would buy this flashlight again. For a brighter light, check out the Stinger HP which is rated almost 3 times as bright.
